Mr. Caldwell is a licensed architect and a professional engineer with Bachelor of Science degrees in Architectural Engineering and Business Administration. He has a wealth of forensic civil and structural engineering experience, as well as design, construction and real estate development experience in commercial, industrial, institutional and residential projects.

As a principal engineer, he focuses on losses of large dollar value, unusual technical complications, hostile interpersonal relations or other problems. He is a member of a host of professional engineering-related organizations.
