Mr. Caldwell has a Bachelor of Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice Studies from Kent State University.

As the president of RFE, he is responsible for management and marketing of the firm.  Mr. Caldwell is active in numerous professional organizations in the insurance and legal industries.
