Mr. Caldwell is a licensed architect and a professional engineer with Bachelor of Science degrees in Architectural Engineering and Business Administration. He has a wealth of forensic civil and structural engineering experience, as well as design, construction and real estate development experience in commercial, industrial, institutional and residential projects.
He is the firm’s principal engineer, focusing on losses of large dollar value, unusual technical complications, hostile interpersonal relations or other problems. He is a member of a host of professional engineering-related organizations.
